So far this has been a professional quality meter at a great price. The only "minus" would be that the probes are not very well made, but quite adequate. This is a very good gauge for the money. I would buy this again.

This is a great deal, it does everything I want and more. I didn't know it had a thermocouple to check heat dissipation. I have just one comment, the Council is not sensitive enough. Sometimes I have to slam a little to make a connection. Can also be shipped with a cheap parts storage case.

Benefits. Thick indicator strips, easy to read. Good price. All major DMM functions have bonus temperature and NCV functions. Doesn't feel cheap. Comes with a 9V battery. Great meter for the money! The Minus app does not work with Kitkat Android 4.4 Marshmallow 6.0 and newer versions. Not sure about 5.0 Lollipop. There is no backlight. The temperature accuracy is not very good. The app is the biggest downside, they could have listed the requirements somewhere.

I have trouble reading the display in some poorly lit areas (I used Bluetooth to read these areas from my phone). This is one of the best multimeters I have ever owned. Highly recommended. The display backlight is welcome as a few other options I've seen had that feature (but it was missed on other important ones). Also the NCV detector works well with wooden walls but I work with a lot of brick walls (thin walls) and it is not sensitive. enough (to be honest, few of the ones I tested).

The functions are very useful and we will. The device is solidly built and looks sturdy. The included text reading app is completely useless.
