🧹 Efficient Replacement: 12 Kenmore 5055, 50557, 50558 Vacuum Bags - Generic yet Reliable Review

My product has now arrived but it is completely different from what I bought. The bag is huge and only 10 came instead of 12. Totally dissatisfied.

Received these a few days ago, they fit and work perfectly. I have an old Kenmore vacuum that still works great and I keep it upstairs so I don't have to lug it up and down the stairs. I was worried because I couldn't find the right bags, but everything is fine now! Also very fast delivery!

This is TERRIBLE! I am very disappointed. I have bought them in the past and they have been a great fabric material so I would happily buy them again but either they sent me the wrong bags or they changed the product completely because they are nothing but paper and I am very disappointed. I hate buying anything because I think it's one thing and a completely different product.

They fit like normal bags as described but are a little thinner and can tear and are easier to put in the vacuum cleaner. Otherwise they're fine and do the job - if you change the bags after every cleaning it's no problem that they're thinner. I left my vacuum behind as I wanted to do more the next day, but the kids were a million distractions and the smell of cat hair/litter was evident two days later when I went back to work.

These are good bags and a cheap alternative to the Sears 5055 which unfortunately are insanely expensive by comparison! to sort of a square bag configuration, it's more of a "boat tail" configuration as the bottom/back of the bag is lined rather than flat. Think like the bottom of a bag of potato chips. So I suspect this probably results in the bag not being as roomy as the original 5055, but I doubt anyone would wait until the bag was full because at that point you just turn your engine off…
