Genuine Chrysler Part 5083285AA Filter Review

So the small hole you see in the picture is related to how the product was delivered. Too bad I didn't catch it in time. From what I understand Mopar owes me a new filter, 15 liters of motor oil, truck parts, a pressure washer and compensation for the time I spent fixing their mistake. Now I'm calling lawyers.

only one star because of the SELLER, the item was not in a sealed package, but was just in a box. Usually the oil and fuel filters are covered with plastic. And the oil filter has numerous scratches, dents and dust, so I'm sure there's dust in there. I will NOT use this item and risk polluting my engine. waste of time and money.

I ordered this on April 2nd and it appears to have arrived from Forney, Texas which is about 200 miles from me. I think the decision was made to send this filter on vacation because it went to West Palm Beach Florida back to Lubbock and then to me and it was delivered on April 13th. After its 2890 km journey, it came to me in fair condition, although it was only wrapped in plastic. The box is badly dented but the filter is in good condition. I hope this filter had a good time on its journey…
