For attachments and brushes, it breaks again

A high-end product like Dyson shouldn't break. A genuine Dyson replacement product must not break. Broke after 4 months! Very unhappy. These vacuum cleaners are not cheap, nor are the original spare parts. Very disappointed, maybe it's better to invest in another brand since the same problem is repeated.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Sad hardware

no reset button! best vacuum cleaner parts and accessories

This one does NOT have a reset button on the side! I have a dc24 pet and long haired dogs. Every time I use my Dyson, I end up taking the roller out and trimming the dog hair, then putting the roller back in and hitting the reset button. I have *ONE* benefit from this head. After reinserting the roller, it is not possible to switch the brush roller back on. I've asked Dyson but haven't found a solution yet.

Pros
  • good product for the price
Cons
  • doubt

Replacing the OEM Dyson DC 25 roller brush head is worth it!

Our Dyson DC25 (drawing) had a typical problem with the roller assembly (end bearings are separate from roller brush) after 15 correct years of operation and as that was the only problem we have this genuine Dyson replacement head unit (all front spares). who fail at a simple package that I am). It fits perfectly and works flawlessly; maybe even looks a little better than the original. In any case, nothing is easier if you want to keep your Dyson.

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

It is easy to replace the original part with this

The original head/brush on my Dyson has long since expired. There was suction but when used on carpet the absence of the brush was noticeable. I ended up breaking it and paying for a new part. Not cheap but cheaper than replacing the whole vacuum and the part was easy to install. The beauty of this new part is that you don't have to keep pressing that little switch on the side like you did on older models. It was a real pain and I'm glad they stopped adjusting.

Pros
  • . Satisfied so far

Like new! Best offer!

Good. that was the BEST suggestion! I've had my Baby Dyson D24 for over 7 years now and absolutely love it. The power head died and I was thinking about a new vacuum cleaner. Checked Dyson.com and saw that the head can be easily replaced. Through Dyson the price was $98 and then they added another $20 for clothing and taxes. And then when I wanted to check, the site wouldn't let me in because we don't have addresses here, just mailboxes. The nearest shop where you could shop was an hour away. I

great replacement nozzle, like a new vacuum

I bought this nozzle to overhaul my 12 year old DC24 Blueprint. It is not the same as the white version of Blueprint, but it is compatible. My original head was damaged and the roller just rumbled into place. It took me about 90 seconds to switch heads. Simply remove the "C" clip, disconnect the old nozzle and reverse the process. For those who have owned older DC24 vacuums, there is no "reset" button on the side of the roller for this attachment, but you can still use the roller's start/stop…

Pros
  • Comfortable to use

WHO KNEW?! for spare parts and accessories for vacuum cleaners

My old DC 24 no longer works. The motor was running but I could see that the brush head was not spinning, causing the roller to brake rather than clean thoroughly. Pressing the red reset button didn't help. After much research I found out that the head has its own motor and can die by itself. I went to a few stores but couldn't find anything I liked as much, including the new Dysons that are too big for my closet. I got lucky with my research and found out that I can always buy a new head set…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Annoying

Excellent performance. for a short time

We bought these for our 7 year old DC24 because the old head/roller brush kept rattling and tripping. The rest of the vacuum worked perfectly, motor, switches, accessories. Installation was very quick with just a c-clip fastener. The part worked well and the vacuum cleaner worked almost like new. In the last 6 months I have removed and cleaned the roller brush several times because it is filling up with hair from my wife and two girls. Last time I noticed the end of the roller brush was…

  • finally bought

Bad design and materials - avoid Dyson vacuum cleaners

Dyson positions itself as a world class design and manufacturing company, however the design and materials used to make their products are substandard. DC24 Cleaner Head Assembly" dated 6 May 2018 to replace the cleaner head assembly that came with the original Dyson DC24. Nine months later it doesn't work! I have replaced the clip that holds the rotating brush twice and the brush in the original scrub head due to wear. So I figured I'd swap out the whole head assembly this time - same issues…

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Bad set
