Review on 🧹 Dyson DC24 Cleaner Head Assembly: Authentic and Reliable Cleaning Power by Andrea Martinez

Dyson positions itself as a world class design and manufacturing company, however the design and materials used to make their products are substandard. DC24 Cleaner Head Assembly" dated 6 May 2018 to replace the cleaner head assembly that came with the original Dyson DC24. Nine months later it doesn't work! I have replaced the clip that holds the rotating brush twice and the brush in the original scrub head due to wear. So I figured I'd swap out the whole head assembly this time - same issues. The design and the plastic materials used for the rotating brush and the associated retaining clip do not meet the requirements. Overall, this is the third time I've replaced the clip and rotating brush. Dyson uses inferior plastics that don't stand up to the dishes and bins of traditional vacuum cleaners. The brush rotates at high speed and generates heat. The combination of cheap plastic and poor design leads to material failure and brush and clip failure - see attached pictures. Please do not buy Dyson products! They spend their money on advertising and marketing like a high-end design company, but use cheap materials in the manufacture of their products. Very disappointed in Dyson, don't be fooled by their marketing propaganda.
