Excellent F150 sliding fork grease

OEM PTFE grease used on my 2011 F150 with Ecoboost engine. I had to lubricate the shift fork to keep it from rattling forward when downshifting and it helped, no more rattling noise when reversing or putting the car in gear.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Volume

Ford Knock Resistant

Ford Rangers have a habit of knocking when starting. It feels like it's a differential, but the fork sticks to the driveshaft and comes off with a thud. This is due to lubrication or lack of lubrication in the splines. Lubricate with it again and the problem will be solved immediately.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

Exactly What You Need

This grease is exactly what you need for your driveshaft slide bridge. Do not use the white grease that comes with the clamp. IT DON'T LAST A WEEK. Took my car to the dealer for lubrication. Less than a week later it faltered again. I did it myself with a kit thinking they had gone bad and rattled after a week. Used this blue grease and reused the yoke. I've been driving with the cardan shaft running for 3 months now. Save yourself the hassle and start using it right away.

Pros
  • Very Impressive
Cons
  • Non-Automatic

PTFE Grease suitable for greases and lubes

This is a must have for those who have splined a Ford Ranger truck and F Series on the drive shaft. Mark drive shaft. take it off Cut 1 cable tie on rubber boot. Then slide the 2 parts apart. Now use brake cleaner, brushes and rags to remove the old grease. Lubricate both ends when cleaning. Use lots of lube. . Reinstall the drive shaft at the mark you made on both ends. Then you shouldn't have that awful rattle when you put it in reverse or drive.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Negative impression

I fixed the bulge in the driveshaft

I lived with this horrible dent on my 2010 F150 driveshaft for a year and I finally fixed it with this thing. Not hard work but can be a pain. Make sure you block your real wheels firmly before removing the rear driveshaft or it will be very difficult to realign the bolt holes. Even if the rear wheels move even an inch. My truck drives like new without the slightest trace of bumps. I hate my truck but now I'm starting to like it again.

Pros
  • Outstanding design
Cons
  • I won't say anything

The only lube that has worked so far.

My truck "knocked" when stopped or at traffic lights. This was the result of driveshaft seizure when the suspension was stretched or compressed. I have tried other lubes but the results have always been temporary and the problem returned after a few hundred miles of driving. I have driven over 1600 miles since installing this lube and the symptoms have not returned. I'm curious how long it will last, but this is by far the best lube I've found.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Expensive

Fixed a knock on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma.

If you experience gear knock in your Toyota Tacoma, you need this lubricant. Whenever I let go of the brake pedal or accelerate from a standstill, I hear a dull thump behind my truck. The reason was that the sliding yoke of the driveshaft seized and broke. I tried 3 different "approved" lubes and the sticking problem was still there. One use of this Teflon based lube and the rattling was history. It may seem expensive but you will be so glad you have it. Believe me!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Operating Speed
