Recently replaced my filter with this one. while it works fine. I will update the review if anything changes. Haven't compared this to generic filters yet, so not sure if it's worth paying the extra $$ for this one over others.

It looks like a genuine Honda product, very easy to install. However, my gas mileage is down nearly two mpg since then, not sure if that's a direct result or not. The price is a lot cheaper than buying from a dealer, but if you help reduce fuel consumption, the savings will be negated.

If you own a Honda Civic (or any other car that uses this filter), buy it! about cars, but I learned how to replace this filter. That saves me about $80 a year. Check out YouTube if you don't know how to change the air filter.

These are original filters which are great for the car. Save money where you can. Changing filters is very easy if you take the time to watch YouTube videos as you can do it yourself. When you go to the dealer for your next oil change (if under warranty), just tell them to turn off the dash light when they tell you to change the filter and they can do it.

Genuine Honda part stamped 'Honda Original, Filtech' directly on the molding. The price was good. For my little experiment, I decided to switch to factory filters. I've always used parts plus filters because I work in a shop, but I wanted to try something I haven't done before. Time will tell but I will say that with the oil and air filter in place the engine runs at the pressure it is designed for and that gives some peace of mind 👍

Just what I need. The dealer wanted to charge me $119 for parts and labor, I laughed out loud, hung up and checked Revain for parts. I'm so fed up with the auto industry manipulating and taking advantage of people! I understand that everyone should make money, but charging people $100 just to open the hood, take out the air filter and put in a new one is absurd. Really grinds my gears.
