Last year I bought navy blue shorts from Dickies, French Toast, Old Navy and Genuine. After a full year of socks and weekly washings, the Genuine Shorts held their color far better than the others (Dickies came second, French Toast and Old Navy were terrible). Can't believe these shorts get more than 4.5 stars. I didn't even force my son to try them on. They're so tough, I think they could stand up on their own. They are well priced but there are other brands that are similar in price but much softer. I'm sure they won't wrinkle after washing, but sacrificing comfort isn't worth it. They have an adjustable waist and velcro instead of a button. I have compared them to some other brands and they are the same size as hers.

I bought these for my 7 year old son for school. They fit him great! He is 4 feet tall and weighs 52 pounds.
