Great selection in a good case.

Great selection of heat shrink in a good case should stay shut no matter what. Been using on my RF connectors used outdoors so far so great!

Pros
  • Good shrink and adhesion
Cons
  • Adhesive may fail over time

Safety all the way.

I am restoring a few old linear power supplies. After cleaning and replacing some of the internal wires, I decided to purchase this dual wall adhesive hear shrink tubing kit to properly isolate adjacent wires soldered to terminal posts, and to shrink wrapped exposed solder lugs carrying AC voltages. Also I used this dual wall adhesive shrink tuning to isolate the exposed ends of copper ring lugs after crimping from one another. This Dual Wall Adhesive Heat Shrink Tubing is working for me, I…

Cons

I like the assortment

These have been perfect for me - I have used most of the sizes for various wiring projects. Shrink to fit is excellent. Versatile & DIY Helper!

Pros
  • Versatile & DIY Helper
Cons
  • May be difficult to find replacement pieces after use

I would buy again on my review.

These are good. Precut to a pretty good size. I cut in half for the projects I've been using them on. Its says it shrinks 3:1 but I would say in the smaller size it shrinks more than that. There are a million other kits like this I think they are all about the same. just pick one and use it.

Pros
  • Dual-wall design for added protection against environmental factors
Cons
  • May not be compatible with certain cable materials

Needed some heat shrink for a large job and needed it quickly. Purchased this and as soon as it arrived I went to work. The glue adhesive doesn’t stick at all. In turn makes the heat shrink not stick. If you press down on the shrink, it pops right out. Other 3:1 shrink I’ve used gets some what hard, these are in between, I thought these were the same ones I purchased several months ago but they definitely are not the same. If you need good adhesion, stay away

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Adhesive may attract dirt and debris

Hands down some of the best heat shrink i’ve used. Utilized this for the electrical system I built for my fathers drag truck we’re building. Added rigidity where wires had been soldered together as well as protection against the elements with the liquid that is produced and seals the joint once he did. Will definitely buy again when and if the time comes.

Pros
  • Shrinks and conforms to wire well
Cons
  • May not provide enough insulation for high-current applications

Fit for Purpose good for me

I bought this kit to actually put on aircraft cable ends to cover the crimped ferrules, just to dress it up some. I haven’t actually used it on electrical wire, but I’m sure it will work fine for that.

Pros
  • Strong seal
Cons
  • Not suitable for large cable projects

Shrink and seal well, Box keeps them clean

I like the fact that these shrink tubing sections are adhesive lined to seal the connector crimp to the wire. This keeps a lot of the moisture and corrosion out of the wire ends when used in marine applications. The box of assorted sizes came in handy when working with rewiring areas where I needed different sizes for the job.

Pros
  • Long-lasting and highly durable for extended use
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use with automotive applications

Tough stuff, but careful on assuming water seal

Worked well but might need a little help to ensure water tight. Definitely application specific, but mine leaked a little water in until the silicone caulk was applied

Pros
  • Just what I needed to help rewire an old Jeep.
Cons
  • May not be compatible with certain types of cable insulation

ebay app failed: my feedback

The products are good the length is too short. The real problem was ebay's app would not let me delete this product which was linked to another product surreptitiously. I could not delete this product because the app failed. Pretty tricky way to get me to buy two things instead of one. I returned them both. The products good ebay not so much. maybe Bezos can fix it with some of his extra money and pay the workers more too. Who cares who's the richest man in the world

Pros
  • Customized Protector
Cons
  • May not provide enough strain relief

This heat shrink has a 3:1 ratio and is great for heavier duty jobs (most heat shrink shrinks with a 2:1 ratio). The inside seals nicely with the cables and makes wire connections that are VERY strong. The box with the separators is flimsy and the separators keep coming out of their slots, but I don't really care about the box. They provide a good mixture of sizes. I would definitely purchase these again.

Pros
  • They work like they supposed to
Cons
  • May not provide enough protection for sensitive cables

They make a good product!

I wanted to share that Aside from wiring, these, because of the glue and thickness, also worked on the end of the drawstring on my sweats. I used foil and wrapped it around the inside of th string, to keep it from melting and it worked Great. Just another use. Thanks guys! These work really well.

Pros
  • Wiring & Connecting
Cons
  • May not be as easy to work with compared to other options

Won't be disappointed!

I do a lot of soldering in my line of work and these are the best I have found. Nice and thick, not having to worry about rips exposing the wire. It's now all I buy

Pros
  • I use it for my garden fountain power connection it works great
Cons
  • May not be as aesthetically pleasing as other options
