This faucet arrived exactly as described. My issues were that when installing, the water lines were difficult to attach (screw in) and the copper tubing attaching to the rack barely fit over the water lines, I had to press on them and luckily they didn't break. Perfect for our bathroom. It works well and is very easy to install, there were a few things we were unsure about (how to put one of the rubber o-rings in) but there is an installation video on the list that helped. As other reviews have said, the water flow is quite strong and noisy, you only have to turn it halfway or it's too much. The only minor point is that there were a couple of small abrasions on the metal, probably where it's made, which won't be noticeable unless you're super picky…

Nice faucet at a reasonable price. It was the perfect finishing touch to my homemade farmhouse bathroom makeover. I'm quite a skilled woman, I've installed many faucets, fixtures and ceiling fans. However, I struggled with it. The faucet was easy to install but required longer hoses, the length was too short but I was able to get extensions from Home Depot. Difficulties arose with a retractable drain, there were no instructions. I had to watch YouTube videos to find out. I used this on a wooden
