🔥 GASLAND Chef GH30SF 12" Gas Cooktop: Dual Burner Stovetop with Thermocouple Protection Review

Installed this stove and gas leaked immediately. I checked all the connections and found that the solder joints on the stove were faulty. So after a 30 day return I'm stuck with a $200 piece of junk.

Only one burner is burning but the igniter does not click. The big burner starts but only burns if it keeps clicking. The smaller burner works fine, only the larger one. There is no customer service to contact on the Amazon website.

This product was faulty, arrived without the conversion to LPG as described, it took 2 MONTHS of calls and emails everyday to get the conversion kit. Then the kit broke, gas leaked everywhere and set off a huge fireball in my kitchen. I would leave out whether this product or the conversion kit was the problem. Guys watch your eyebrows.

**UPDATE** When installing the 2nd unit we found a critically faulty part that should NEVER pass quality control. One of the fittings has a hole. I called their tech support, it's Revain support. They refused to rush delivery of the replacement. Super stupid as we bought several of their products. We used to have a small motel. We installed two such products. Very happy with them.

I purchased this unit on August 17th, 2019 to install on a new boat under construction. When we installed the unit today, I found that the propane connection was leaking. I would normally ask Revain to replace a defective item, but they only allow returns within a 30 day window. Visual inspection would not reveal this defect. I researched the options carefully and chose this one because a review suggested I switched to LPG and it worked well thereafter. the best stove I've ever had: it's perfect for our small apartment. A thermocouple in each burner shuts off the gas supply when the burner is not burning. LPG burners are just as good as natural gas burners after conversion. Great value! Two of the reasons I ordered this was to have a burner small enough for 3 cups of moka and another large enough to heat large cast irons more evenly. He does both! Propane Users: Be sure to do a full setup when converting it to burn LPG (Liquid Propane) instead of Natural Gas.
