I do cross stitch and I have struggled a lot with my thread getting tangled, freezing and breaking. This product solved all of those problems and made my stitches look cleaner. I'm not seeing any permanent color change yet (a permanent white tint that fades over time). Having just started English Paper Piecing I chose this one because all the experts recommended using thread conditioners. It really works. This helps avoid tangles and knots (and if I do get a knot it will be easier for me to untie the thread), allows me to use a longer length of thread than I would think (but not too long), and allows the thread to easily pass through the cloth.
