Well made. Celebration. Looks very good! Couldn't ask for more money! It has a nice texture. Hopefully the paint is powder coated. Pleasant to touch. I had a small scratch on mine. I just used a permanent marker to touch it up. I used real, beautifully lit numbers on the front and a large black paperclip for outgoing mail. My only complaint is that I need some sort of clip to send the mail!

This is a very nice mailbox. I keep it. BUT. You cannot place 4 inch address numbers on the front panel due to the small raised line on the front panel. From a design standpoint, it would be more ideal if the manufacturer simply removed the raised rectangle on the front, as most local codes now require the use of 4" tall house numbers to allow responders to easily determine the address in the dark or in the dark. front street. I wouldn't normally consider something like a mailbox. Doesn't matter? But it's really good. Best feature? It is big. Lots of space. Whether it's a good mailbox, it's mangled, it's made in China. I ALWAYS try to buy American made items except for electronics, but I'm pretty sure America can make a metal mailbox. Well built and looks exactly like the pictures. My only complaint is that Gibraltor (along with most other companies I've found) provides little to no installation instructions. One would think that a mailbox manufacturer would even provide some detailed instructional videos on their direct website on how to install a mailbox on various surfaces, since of course not everyone installs on a brick or stucco home.
