I'm 5ft 9in and about 170lbs. In a tailored suit or jacket, I would be 40R. This puts me right on the borderline between M and L when it comes to t-shirt sizes. Some of the larger sizes may be too big for me, but this one fits perfectly. A medium size would be too small. These shirts are also of good quality.

This was bought with the expectation that it would be too big I needed it to fit over the pillow and sling that comes with shoulder surgery for my friend , who is not a little guy ( 2xl normal). It worked. There was enough room to pull him over the sling and pillow for the first few days when it hurt to move his arm. The aching arm stayed in the shirt and was fine for the first few days. I have ordered seven adult Gildan G2000 Ultra Cotton T-Shirts in different colours. Usually an oversized t-shirt stays in place well after washing and drying, but this new one fits snugly. Also, the colors of Dark Twilight and Dark Heather are much denser than others. Maybe Asia or a modern fit? Also, the almost hard, label-like plastic is the most annoying thing I've ever seen. I find them unbearable. I distribute abstracts or donate them.

Long before Clothing World in Hendersonville closed (or was robbed early) in Spring 2021, Revane had these 6xl tees for less than $3.50 each plus tax, and they appealed to me. big! Although I usually wear a size 3xl, there is no way to buy clothes online without a refund if they are too small! Shoes aside I've had few issues other than that, until now I've bought clothes from Revain, knock wood.

Shirt fits true to size, slightly shorter than most t-shirts but scratchy canvas material - not soft at all! I bought a couple of similar t-shirts from another brand, paid a few dollars more and got a much better quality soft cotton. I'm not really complaining as this shirt is only $7 but it's considered a work shirt and will probably just be thrown away soon.
