Protective Gear for Girls: Bell Girls Riderz Street Shred Pad and Glove Set Review

Straps on the back of the legs/arms are uncomfortable according to my 5 year old but they fit well and look good. I wish I could find pads with sleeves instead of straps but I couldn't.

My granddaughter complained that her hands hurt from cycling. I bought them for her and she loves the design, the color and the fact that she can ride to her heart's content without getting blisters.

I have a girl who is almost seven and they fit her. It's difficult to find elbow and knee pads for this age group, especially for girls. They seem to be made quite well, unlike some other brands we've tried in the past that fall apart fairly easily. They might not be the most attractive knee and elbow pads, but they are comfortable and seem to hold the foot well.

Bought this for my 3 year old after reading a number of reviews and am very happy with it. The set fits her well and she has a few more years of use to grow with. However my 3 year old is about 35 pounds 40 inches so she is taller. I reckon we'll get at least 2 more years of this. The gloves are still a little big, but they work well enough. I was concerned when I bought this set as I couldn't find a set that would fit children under 5 years old. Most sets here at Revain and elsewhere are for older or younger kids but reviews say they are too big. So I decided on this set and am very satisfied. I especially like the gloves.
