Looks like a good helmet but the price is high so it has to be perfect to get 5 stars. My main complaint is that the visor doesn't fit snugly enough to the face. It stops about 1/2 inch from my nose, which I just don't like. My Roka XL sunglasses are much better and I will sacrifice 2 seconds to use these instead. I bought a Vanquish helmet to replace my old Bontrager Quantum helmet (with MFG date 2012). Let me get the cons out of the way first. On some rides with increased humidity, high dew point and increased heat index, the visor fogged up a bit. Last year my go-to bike helmet was the Giro Aeon. This is the basis for the following review and comparison. I only bought this helmet for the visor so I have never worn it on any ride without a visor. I've done 4 rides of 100+ miles, one of which included an 889ft incline at a respectable 4%.
