Disappointing Aquarium Bulb Quality

This bulb is not worth it. Although it was listed under "Pet Supplies", it didn't last long. The brightness and temperature were both lower than my previous light. The only good thing is that it's an internal spare bulb, so it was easy to install. However, I wouldn't recommend it as a long-term solution.

These bulbs will not work like the same brand at the pet store. The algae continued to grow, if not faster.

I would never buy the wrong quality light bulbs again when you buy them in the store. Whatever was bought in the store in a day or two killed the algae. They seemed to make him grow faster and didn't hurt him.

Hold the Pump Knees!: Aquarium Lights

I'm sure they work fine but the problem is in my attached picture which I've circled in red is removable. When my old lightbulb burned out and I threw it away and ordered this new one, I knew I needed this angle. But now I have to buy a brand new device to get this retraction... I know this is partly my stupid mistake, but I'm writing this review in hopes that the company sees this and they can somehow make the retraction more permanent with it She couldn't have accidentally thrown...
