These readers are EXCELLENT! I finally see what I'm trying to read. These are not Dollar Tree glasses, they are durable, have flexible hinges and are made of high quality materials. Fit perfectly and stay that way. Try them, you won't regret it. Of course they cost more, but they are worth it. I can highly recommend these glasses.

Reading glasses up to a power of 2.50 seem like a good idea but I found that if your power is 2.00 or lower they may be too strong. You magnify the words, but your eyes feel strained and tired after a while. Better get strong. I sent them back without question. Revain couldn't do better than their return policy.

I can't find the theory of the surgery anywhere - it clearly doesn't work as advertised as it's not even remotely possible - but I thought it was probably some sort of multifocal laser surgery and flexion one Third of the light as +.5, one third as +1.5 and one third as +2.5. As long as either of these methods worked for you, you would see clearly, with a bit of blurring and reduced contrast. At least I hoped so.
