After applying 3 coats as directed the grout still holds! We only worked on about 10 tiles at a time and still had to use 3M scrubbers and couldn't remove everything.

Use HDX pump sprayer then roll small puddles. Best results are achieved at maximum spray pressure before spraying this multi-purpose Graze-n-seal. I only need 2 gallons to apply 2 coats to my entire back and side yard. highlighted.

Great seal love this stuff. I have treated all my pavers with it after cleaning them and the results are amazing. The shine is not glossy but medium as can be seen in the before and after photos. Use a cheap sprayer and you won't have a problem. I had a few puddles and it soaked in with no problem.

I use it to seal our cool stamped concrete deck slab around the pool and do it at least twice a year. About two liters are needed each time. I've learned not to be stingy, and while it says to avoid puddles, this cannot be avoided with tamped concrete. It gives off a nice sheen for a while and it's not really a slippery surface. It holds up quite well with the heat and sun of Yuma, but I wish I could use it in the height of summer, but for what it is I think it does a pretty good job.

Very easy to use. A little bubbles, so you need to apply a soft microfiber to go easy after application to wipe off excess and bubbles. We used a thin brush to paint the edges and corners. We applied 3 layers, nice soft shine, not too shiny uncomfortably. It was mostly odorless, although we still wore masks for safety. Since it is water based, it washes off very easily afterwards. In fact we were able to cover almost 1000 feet of 3 coats with 1 1/2 bottles of 1 gallon sealant, we ended up…
