Super quick & useful tool during sourcing

I like that it has so many different features! It's super easy to use, which makes me feel comfortable using it as my go-to app when applying or interviewing candidates around Singapore. The search capabilities are amazing too; you can find someone quickly by typing their full resume into the application (eg if your looking for an engineer). I also liked how well developed the site was - everything looks very fresh compared to other sites out there. There isn't much i dislike about this…

Pros
  • Great UI/UX.
  • Easy navigation between applicants'/recruiters' profiles etc.etc..and quick searches within applications database without having access via desktop browser at office premises eg in canteen areas where wifi is not readily accessible due low speed internet connection)
  • Applicants & recruitors alike seem genuinely interested during interviews / recruitment process
