Sharp, durable and comfortable.

Excellent utility knife. I found myself using it all the time during prep. It came out of the box pretty sharp and I find it comfortable to use.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

The perfect medium-sized knife

I'm in business and a global guy. Need a smaller utility knife for peeling/slicing fruit, small butchering ingredients like bones etc. It's perfect.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • There are nuances

GLOBAL KNIFE 5 INCHES

The knife is small but I knew I would walk in it. my hands are small At the same time, the knife is very sharp and feels quite comfortable in the hand. a lot and keep my big chef's knife for "big kitchen jobs" like slicing acorn squash.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Makes me angry

If I could only buy one knife

If I could only buy one knife this would be it. If you've never used a global product, prepare to be impressed. This knife has withstood constant use and all kinds of cutting boards. It stays sharp for a long time, but I would still buy a Mino Sharp so you can enjoy this hilarious experience for years to come. Slices through ripe tomatoes and other thin-skinned tomatoes like a lightsaber! :D

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Retirement

This will be your favorite chopping block knife.

This is a large knife, a cross between a paring knife and a medium paring knife. The blade is very good and lasts a long time. The quality is in no way inferior to more expensive knives. Its handle shape and good balance make it part of your hand. This is the seventh Global knife that I have purchased for personal use and as a gift. I am just as happy with this Global knife as I was with the first one I bought over ten years ago.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • ill thought out

Global GS-3 at Chef's Knives

I've been dealing with and sharpening knives since 1973 and that same year I bought my first German knife which became a knife lover's dream. I was introduced to Japanese cutlery in the mid 90's and haven't been there since. Don't get me wrong, German knives are some of the best when you know what to buy, but the Japanese have been making quality knives for over a thousand years. I have a 5-Shun Classic knife set, a 4-Al Mar double blade set, a 4-AlMar Damascus knife set and my 3-Global knife…

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Alright
