🐠 GloFish Cycle LED Light Review

Already no longer functional on one side. It was AMAZING when it worked. Now half of my tank is lit and the fish are beautiful and the other half is dark and we can't see the fish. It only lasted 6 months.

I think the lights are fantastic, they definitely make all the glo tank accessories stand out as well as the glo fish. The only downside is that there are no suction cups with headlights, only clips. Clips broken off and replaced with suction cups.

This worked fine from September 2020 to the end of November 2020 then the switch stopped working. There is no water because I installed the lighting above the water level in the tank. no longer works due to defects. Very strange, one might say. It was a very cool light but very disappointing that it stopped working after just a few months.

These lights suck. They are not waterproof at all, mine lasted less than a month and mold started to grow inside and one of the strips failed completely. I made sure I followed all the instructions exactly and they are still rubbish. Don't buy them, they're a waste of money. Use the blue LED above the tank's headlights and you'll get the same effect.

We purchased this lighting kit to use in our 40 gallon axolotl tank. It literally stood out from every other light we could find as it has true black light in the UV part of the spectrum, while most "incandescent" lights only have blue light that only causes certain shades to fluoresce.
