Addendum to my previous review: Purchased to replace a cracked screen in an HP Pavilion G6-2235US laptop. After a few days it started showing lots of flashing lines across the entire display when turned on. A few days later he stopped showing anything at all and didn't show anything on TV. So, suspecting the graphics card, I opened the laptop up again and found that the connection to the screen was a bit lost. Once fixed with tape, now it works perfectly. Really great screen.

I didn't dare to replace the screen myself because I don't understand anything about the technology. I chose this as I had previously (twice!) replaced the Kindle Fire screen (the first one was faulty) after watching YouTube. It was MUCH easier. It literally only took 10 minutes. For those who have a cracked screen and want to replace it, DO NOT take it to a computer repair shop or, heaven forbid, send it to the manufacturer.
