Works great, I use it for Protools recording

Works great, I use it for Protools recording. Before I received this disc, my old disc was giving speed errors during playback of my sessions. I haven't had any since I switched to Blackbox Plus.

Expensive but worth it!

I received this Glyph External Hard Drive after losing all my files and photos on two Western Digital External Hard Drives. I was hesitant to buy one due to the cost, but after seeing that it had an SSD, was fast, durable, and was made in the USA, I agreed. I have a Windows laptop so I had to call them to find out how to format it as it is formatted for Mac. They answered the call quickly, spoke English since they are headquartered in New York, and stayed with me until I was sure I had…

Updated: The case has a major flaw, it does not power off properly after the USB is safely removed. After unplugging the USB cable for the SSD, SMART records an unexpected power failure; A mechanical squeak can be heard from the hard drive. No other case I have has this problem. Excellent Storage SSD

Love this drive, use it to store video content for Resolume playback. No problems so far, works perfectly. It's just very expensive, but considering the size of 3.8 TB, it's worth it. My library is currently stored on one drive.
