Works well. No programming. You have to point it directly at the sensor on the TV for it to work. Volume is a little tricky but works well enough to get the job done.

It's nice that all Roku controllers are the same. The one from my old Roku TV works with my new TV. I only bought these as a spare because they are so easy to lose. The perfect combination and good value. Buy this. You will be satisfied.

My dog ate my remote and I found this replacement for Revain. It arrived very quickly and I used it right away. No problems, everything worked right away. It doesn't have exactly the same protrusions at the bottom as my original, but I'm not complaining. That works great!

Although it's already cheap, I originally ordered a cheaper replacement remote for $4 off. I should have just started with that. Another seller's cheaper version has soft, squishy volume buttons that push back into the remote and crack. This remote control has solid buttons. looks and feels like the original that came with the TV. So far, so good.

My dad's old remote was so broken the battery cover, volume buttons and cover were missing. It has been a pain to use so far. Ordered as a light gift at the turn of the year. I put the batteries in and my TCL Roku TV started working right away. No programming required. It is identical to the original and works great! I put a glow in the dark protective rubber sheet on the remote control and hopefully it stays intact! Highly recommended!

1.5V AAA batteries (NOT 1.2V AAA) must be used, otherwise the device not working. This most likely applies to all remotes, not just ROKU. I tried using a couple of "rechargeable" 1.2V AAA batteries I had on hand, but they didn't have enough energy to power the remote. Actually, the battery pack is a far cry from using 1.5V AAA batteries. Note 1: Most batteries are 1.2V. Note 2: 1.5V batteries are only now on board, but they are slightly more expensive.

My son got to this wonderful stage as a kid where he loves to throw absolutely anything he can find down the toilet. Unfortunately, our Roku TV remote was one of those things that went swimming before we figured out how to stop it. We ordered it hoping it would work.
