They were very helpful in answering all of our questions, even when we didn't know what product or service was needed! The customer care is excellent as well - they are always willing/ablet o answer any question I have at anytime, day & night (as long it's during business hours!). There isn’s anything that really comes across my mind where there can be improvements made by them regarding their products / services offered etc., but then again this could just come down due too personal preference
