My cat liked it, it was easy to assemble, the kit included the key needed for assembly. The only thing I don't like is the velcro on the house, the length of the fabric barely reaches the floor. At first my cat wasn't interested, but now he's always on it.

I highly recommend this product! My cat loves exploring different levels and sleeping in a little hideaway. He is also very fond of ropes and has stopped scratching other furniture in the house! It was a little tricky to assemble, but I'm happy with the result!

Unit arrived with all parts intact. At first glance, this appears to be a well-made device. However, the tree is not designed very well. The finished block is very thin and seems to hold up to very little abuse. I would also warn people to move the block carefully as I suspect the towers will come loose easily. Think a little more time on design could have greatly improved this product.

I read reviews online for a few days before deciding on this scratching post. My largest cat is 17 pounds and the smallest is 12 pounds. Everyone laughed when I decided to buy a scratching post. "You'll never use it," they said. "They prefer boxes," they said. Well our kitties love it! I put it by the window so they would sit on different perches all day and watch the world outside. Both seem to be enjoying the hammock very much.
