🍾 Godinger Crystal Champagne Coupe Glasses - Set of 4, Dublin Collection Barware Review

I bought this for my birthday and was very happy to receive it quickly! I've always wanted the slick looking Great Gatsby vibes, champagne coupe instead of flutes because to me it's just more aesthetic (hello Instagram content!) and it didn't disappoint. I've had 1 vintage champagne coupe which is a bit thinner around the edge but will definitely last longer because it's stronger. Me and my friends liked it. 10/10

A previous reviewer mentioned that they were "unrefined". While this is correct, it does not quite reflect the situation that these glasses represent. The rim is quite thick at 4mm and one of these pups weighs around 327 grams. To put those numbers in perspective, this is about the thickness and weight of a coffee mug. I think they're great for serving nuts or M&Ms, but if I ever wanted to drink champagne I'd probably stick with my coffee mugs.

I like to have a pair of coupe glasses to serve cocktails in to share with a partner but the problem is that they are always so thin that they break very easily. I've replaced a few and they're getting harder and harder to find at thrift stores. I have ordered two Godinger Coupe Barware champagne glasses - set of 4, Dublin Crystal Collection. A box arrived with broken compartments. The other box contains defective items. The coupe has dents, blisters and chips in places. They look like a set that was rejected by quality control.
