I bought this for my elderly mother with diabetes and it has made a huge difference. Your skin is no longer dry and scaly and looks very healthy. The foot cream is also a great product.

My husband is not diabetic but has had 2 DVT's resulting in the artery in his leg not pumping blood like it should. A few years ago he had a very bad ulcer on his leg due to poor circulation and constipation. After we were all healed the doctor advised him to fully hydrate that part of the foot and it worked wonders. He wears it every day with a compression stocking over it and has never had an ulcer again. I definitely recommend it.

This is a good lotion for intensively working hands, intended for frequently washed hands, e.g. B. Gardeners and nurses. I recently recommended it to a woman with poor circulation in her legs and areas with thin skin. With daily use, her skin improved dramatically within a few weeks.

I don't have diabetes but I have cracks and calluses on my feet. This is the only cream that contains enough shea butter to repair cracks. I first use one of those battery operated emojis to grind my calluses and then apply this cream at night. I've tried everything and this is the only cream that works. Don't buy the one in the pump bottle, it's not as thick as the one in the tube for rough feet.

I bought it for my daughter-in-law to whom the doctor highly recommended this brand and foot cream. She's happy to find something that works so well. She greased her feet and then put on socks for a night's sleep. She said that when she woke up, her legs were so soft and smooth from the first use. I will recommend it to friends and maybe even buy it myself for very dry skin although I'm not diabetic!

This foot cream is non-greasy, thick and easily absorbed. You see the difference. I put it on before putting on my socks for the day and then before bed. Give it a day or two of use and you'll see the difference. My wife even uses it for her chapped hands after washing dishes and finds it works…

Wow, this cream is very thick and soothing! First, I soak my feet, pat them dry, and put on disposable gloves for application and massaging. Then I put on 100% white cotton socks and go to bed. I saw great improvement within a few days.

It's amazing! I have neuropathy on both soles of my feet. I've been using it twice a day for several weeks and my legs are back in great shape.
