This is a terrible product, the fact that it heats up to 500 degrees didn't straighten my hair at all. Unfortunately I waited too long to restart it and now I'm stuck with it. I would like to at least trade it for something else. It doesn't deserve a single star but I have to give at least one to give my review.

So I saw the reviews and was a bit hesitant. (I had low expectations tbh) but this is going to be HOT! It takes time to fully heat up and you need to increase the temperature gradually. I used it last night to straighten my mom's natural hair (she's a 3C, 4A texture) and it really straightened her hair. However, it doesn't style the roots like a traditional straightening comb does. Hope that helps!

It's a nice concept, but you have to take it to a high level for it to work properly. If you do, you will have burned your hair! Not impressed at all.

Sorry they didn't let me finish the video but my hair is straight, it didn't last long. about an hour. The only delta on this ridge is very thick. I wish the comb was thinner and the gaps were closer together other than it's a good product.

Reading is fundamental and I want to read reviews before I buy. This straightener doesn't heat up very well, I thought if I spent a little more I would get a better product, but of course that's not the case. My sister bought a cheaper model and they get so hot they smoke and these barely work. You look professional but the looks can't touch my hair.

When I first used this straightening comb I was mad at myself for not heating up like the reviews said so I took it off and wanted to pack it and send back. The next day something told me to plug it in and try again. Well guess what, they got pretty hot in 1 minute. I'm so glad I didn't send them back without trying again. My husband said the coils may have been coated and need to be reheated. So the hot comb works great and warms very well. I've used them 4 times already with no heat issues.

Good for simple things like straightening the top of my natural hair wig but it doesn't heat up very quickly and even at 475° I struggled to straighten it nothing.

Should have beat the reviews! Even at 500 degrees, it's just heat. It doesn't raise anything at all. I thought it would do for wigs, but he can't even handle them. It's just a beautiful gold paperweight.
