These are good socks, mostly cotton (73% organic). They are light/thin and fit the feet well. Small rubber nubs on the heel ensure that the socks do not slip. I don't like the logo on the upper - I would prefer if it was on the sole or on the toe box. I don't really understand why they call them "ballerina flats" because the tip of the toe would be open in open flats unless it's a style that goes up more on the foot.

Although these ballerinas don't cut as low as some, they stay on the foot better than these barely noticeable types. They completely cover the toes and a small part of the back of the foot. The socks cover the entire heel and have three strips of adhesive to keep them in place. I hate when these socks slip off my feet while walking, but these don't. Gold Toe is a great brand no wonder. The comfort and quality of these socks is amazing. The heel clips keep them on their feet all day and they're not too tight. I'm actually surprised at how well they fit and how comfortable they are considering I wear a size 9.5-10 and they should only fit up to a size 9. I'm not exaggerating when I say these are the best no show socks I've ever had and I'll probably be ordering more!

I wear size 6 shoes and socks are made for sizes 6-9. The heel loses some on me but I expect to be the smallest in the size range. The socks are comfortable and light. They have no compression. I thought they were more open to my loafers but unfortunately it is still visible due to the cut of the pattern. Overall I think this is a decent pair of socks. I hope my review and photos have made your choice a little easier.

These socks are quite thin and are great for things like flip flops, flat shoes and loafers. The top of the sock comes down to about mid-foot so they're still visible when you're wearing things like flats. They have a small silicone grip that helps them stay on the heel. They were only translucent on my foot due to the thinness of the material. I find they work best with shoes that are more like loafers as the toe covers the top of the foot.

These aren't exactly flats as they are still visible under most ballet flats, but by god they are not visible under most sneakers and other shoes. You really stop. I know.
