GOLDENRIVER RLC-003 Projector Bulb - Replacement Lamp with Housing for VIEWSONIC PJ862 Review

Based on my observations, this replacement accessory for Viewsonic projector was a major letdown. Although it looked like a solid purchase to improve the quality of video, installation was a process that required a lot of expertise. While the quality of the video seemed to improve slightly, it made computers run slower and caused videos to freeze constantly.

Needs a medium level to fit my projector according to other reviews. It worked well. As if coming out of the gate, roaring and beaming. But the lamp died within weeks of use, and the lamp it replaced lasted two years.

Worked well for about a month then started blinking like a strobe light after being on for about an hour before stopping after about half a month failed completely. maybe 80 or so hours on the lamp. Very disappointing.
