The coffee mug is easy to fill without coffee spilling all over the sealing area. Works great and easy as some others have found it will probably break if dropped first one I received in a package but was broken until they use stronger material you have to use it carefully me I still give it 5 stars because it works very well.

The kCup is filled to the brim and after some tamping it will sit just below the rim and is perfect for the kCup lid to close tightly without a bottom snagging on the kCup rim between the cup and lid. We blend coffee and this is the best solution we've tried to easily fill reusable K-Cup mugs. The scoop is just right to fill the K-cup and the base compacts it for better brewing, giving coffee its best flavor. Not messy like other scissors models or just with a spoon.

Very happy with this purchase! The lip matches my reusable Keurig pods perfectly, making filling the pods with the right amount of coffee a breeze by simply flipping the full scoop and pod to move the coffee grounds. I use the bottom of the spoon to crush the coffee (important technical term here) into a capsule - it's just the right size. Best of all, it fits in my coffee canister, so one less thing cluttering up the countertop!
