Great tool for monitoring and managing your online reputation

The ability of this software is that it allows you manage your online reputation in an easy way (it's very simple). You can see what people think about our product/service without having them contact us personally; they just write their opinion through comments sections which are stored inside "review manager". It also helps me keep track if I have answered some question previously asked so far because there will be links between my answers given before when someone asks something similar…

A Great Solution For Product Reviews

The product is very easy to use, it has a simple interface that makes it easy to navigate. I like how you can track your ratings. It also allows you to add photos of products which is helpful when trying to figure out if your product looks correct or not. Sometimes it takes a little bit to get used to the software but once you do it's pretty straightforward. You can't customize your own templates. Easy to use tool for tracking customer satisfaction

I like that it allows me easily organize my responses so they're easy accessable when needed (and not just saved in an excel spreadsheet). Also love how you can track your comments back through time too if necessary - makes things easier than having them stored somewhere else where someone could have changed their mind later down stream without being able realize this had happened until much more recent times etc.. There are some bugs here & there but nothing major enough of concern yet though…
