Easy to use, but be careful with rough skin.

I used it on my husband's nails because he was fat. Be careful because he got away from me and skinned 3 of his toes. You were ill for several days. You probably shouldn't use it on toenails. In general, this is much quicker than using a foot file or buffer. As a result, less muscle mass is used.
