Accidentally picked up a garbage can full of logs with a wing and just snapped! I thought I would have to replace the whole wing. I'm glad I found out that this kit allows you to reattach the same wing. I was arguing about buying some clamps but the tool in this set was really useful and well worth the minimal extra money. I'm also glad to read that this sometimes happens with jeeps and it doesn't make me a bad driver. 🙂

When removing the fenders on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator, some fender brackets broke. The deal airs just $1 each, but requires $5 for each insert clip. So I took a chance with this kit. To make it easier to attach the fender clips from this kit to the plastic fender panels, I ran a file through the hole in the fender panel a couple of times. I was able to put the first one on without a file, but it was very tight and my thumbs hurt. After a few quick passes with the file, they glide perfectly.

This is a rear bumper bracket for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee except this kit uses different rivets. Ordered for a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Blind rivets were ideal for connecting the bumper fascia to the plastic wheel arch trim, only 4 were needed. The wing flare/shape clamp worked, but not very well. The original design is much wider - while they barely held the fender bumper cover. The OEM is a plastic clip that goes into the fender with a screw, which was difficult to identify on Amazon, even more so with the clip and screw combo. This was an easy and inexpensive repair to a fender I ripped off in the woods. The best method of removal (assuming it hasn't completely ripped off yet) is to push out all the rivets connecting the fender to the fender and then remove the fender by removing the plugs with the tool provided (don't forget the two plugs at the top of the wheel housing).
