Good. So, after a full year, I'm happy to say I think this is a quality set! The most shocking thing is that when I took them out this year and tested them before putting them in, all the bulbs lit up! I think this is the first time in all my years that I have owned C9 lightbulbs! Of course one burned out a day later, but okay. C9 right? and in my experience, one onion a year is above average.

These things are like lanterns from the old days. I've always disliked the look of LED bulbs and was looking for something similar to the old bulbs. That's all. Why four stars? The first night we installed it, one bulb stopped working and there were no spare bulbs in the box. If they provided extra bulbs or guaranteed quality bulbs out of the box that would be five stars.

Bought these bulbs for my 6 year Stranger Things birthday party. Immediately opened the box and pocketed them to see what they look like. Beautiful colors and all the lights are on. However, after wearing them for less than a minute, they began to warm up. I decided to leave them on for a few more minutes to see if they got any hotter. C9 bulbs are great but they don't deliver as advertised. The Amazon photo shows standard prepackaged threaded bulbs in flat packs. The two sets I ordered came individually, with bulbs in two boxes and two green filaments with sockets in the box. That means you have to attach each of the 25 bulbs yourself. It's not a big deal, but screwing in 50 bulbs wasn't something I had in mind when I bought them, not least because that's more likely to break them and it's difficult to screw them in at…

They do a good job of illuminating my window in a nice range of colors for Christmas. I like that you can connect multiple strips (but be careful what the maximum is as too many strips are dangerous). They're the perfect size (quite big for Christmas lights) and you can replace them if one of them explodes (not so much with regular tiny LED bulbs that require you to solder it the hard way).
