I wouldn't buy this.

Spilled fuel from bowl drains immediately. I unscrewed the fuel drain plug and found that the o-ring is not mounted on it. I installed a new O-ring, but fuel continued to flow from the drain hose. That tells me the float is stuck or the needle valve is leaking. In any case, I do not recommend this carburetor.

Save your money and buy OEM

ok I got it with mixed reviews will give it a try because I was in a stalemate and the main delivery is great. Well I think I got one of the bad apples. Cannot be set, it costs 1 shit. But the main problem is that it leaks like a water hose from the A/F screw and idle screw. So even if I could get it to work, the gas leak wouldn't work for me. You get what you pay for, I should have known better than to 'try' that, but I think my idea of a 'well running machine' is MUCH different than some.

Not good value for money.

Carburetor float valve leaking. There is no obvious way to set the float level. It is also evident that the throttle screw has been loosened. The bike ran for a while but flooded due to a faulty float valve. Then, to compound the injury, the throttle screw came out and got stuck in the intake valve seat. This eliminated compression and the ability of the engine to run. I had to remove the head to remove the stitching and restore compression. Screw replaced and fixed. The carburetor continues to

Worked great straight away on my 2001 XR50

. I have a 2001 Honda XR50. The original carburettor no longer idled even after 18 1/2 years in the garage. This carburetor worked right out of the box. No adjustments at all. I used all of the parts that came with the new carburetor except for the throttle cable cover on top of the carburetor. I used the original Honda carburetor throttle cable cap as it had a 90 degree bend in the rubber boot and I wanted to keep it, but everything else under that cap came with a new carburetor. The bike now…

The bike runs and runs great and my son rode it for about an hour.

Received this carburetor today to replace an old one on my son's Honda CRF50. I took a chance as there were no reviews but it was only $9.99 so I decided to give it a try. I installed it tonight and it only took about 20 minutes. One thing I noticed is that the throttle body that goes into the carburetor was brass and the one I replaced was plastic. It came with an attached overflow hose and manual choke lever, choke cap/damper, spring and screw cap with rubber boot for the throttle cable. It…
