Generally, scams are best on mobile phones

The phone that was sent to me was not unlocked and had a slightly cracked screen. Google tried to replace my phone as it was a hardware issue but couldn't get it back. Basically it's a scam. It says "Sold by Google" but it's not and it's just a scam.

REMOVE VERIZON SIM FIRST

This is a Verizon phone, not from the Google Store; This means a Verizon SIM card is preinstalled and "esim" (used by Fi and possibly others) is disabled. phone, you need to factory reset it after you figured it out.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Something's wrong

Nervous but everything is perfect

After reading the comments I was sooo nervous about this phone. However, the phone I received was in near perfect condition, I've been using it for a month and haven't had any problems with it! Battery life aside, though, my old Pixel Three was the same. There's a bit of discoloration at the bottom of the screen, but that's easy to forget.

Arrived damaged - mobile phones

This is one of the few Pixel 3 phones on Amazon to be listed as brand new. When it arrived it looked like a brand new phone with the right packaging and stickers, what appeared to be a genuine Google listing and brand new papers. However, when I turned on the phone, a green and black dot appeared in the top left corner of the screen. This leads me to suspect that the phone is not new and has in fact been (very badly) updated. It also comes with a preinstalled Verizon SIM card, which I found…

DO NOT BUY - THE NAME IS DIFFICULT, THE PHONE IS NOT UNLOCKED

I bought this phone because it fits everyone and is an exact replacement for my current Pixel 3 which I love. HOWEVER, the seller shipped via USPS and it took almost 10 full days for me to receive it. I went to activate it with my Sprint carrier and they said the IMEI made it unsuitable for activation! This phone is either stolen or tied to another network! I've been waiting the whole time for a phone I can't even use! This seller (eMonkey) should not get away with this fraudulent activity and…

Huge disappointment

I bought this phone mainly based on the reviews praising its camera. However, I find the camera difficult to use, and more importantly, the images it produces are of average low resolution quality, especially for landscapes and more distant objects and buildings. Don't even think about using the zoom function - the resulting photos are so grainy they're almost unusable, which is likely the result of Google's decision to use digital zoom instead of optical. Other flaws include the unpredictable…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Hard to say

I don't know all the bad reviews but mine was in perfect condition when it was delivered. I EXPLAIN IT. When you turn on your phone, set it up and connect it to WiFi. It has LOTS of software updates that ALWAYS take! When I say forever, I mean my phone arrived around noon and was updated by 6 or 7pm (this is the first phone I've ever had). I ALSO DECLARE that you will have activation issues when using Sprint. However, speaking or chatting with the support team on Sprint's website will save you…

  • Inspires confidence

  • Communication with seller

Beware of MEID issues with Sprint

I don't need the latest and greatest phone. When I upgrade, I usually pick a flagship device that's a generation or two later when it becomes affordable enough. I couldn't resist the great price of a new unlocked Pixel 3 in Not Pink without realizing that I've encountered a unique technical issue between the Pixel 3 and Sprint series. In short, be aware that you may have trouble activating this device if you are using Sprint or any other Sprint-based vendor, and let me be clear that this is not

Pros
  • Great design

  • Crumpled packaging
