I think this is a great deal for a service technician for inexpensive chargers. I bought one last fall and a second last month as a spare. It adjusts according to the instructions and adjusts to the temperature as in a non-air conditioned environment. He finished with no problems.

This takes time but can desulfate/recover even batteries that have been sitting for a while. I use it with UPS "sealed" lead-acid batteries, after removing the top to add/top up water and alum to desulfate and restore. There are tons of videos on YouTube on how to use alum and SLA tape to make it last longer.

I think it's ok but I bought two new 12v batteries, one AGM and one SLA, but both batteries were bad.
