I use this glue gun for both fun and challenging tasks. I only glued the bottom legs of my dining room, they were wobbly.

I ordered this to replace my old glue gun which also has a high and low setting. I was so disappointed that the high temperature didn't heat the glue enough and the low temperature gave the glue the consistency of chewing gum. Not suitable for building my foam plane. I've always used dollar store hot glue guns and they're good for small, quick and easy things, but they take a long time to heat up and don't last. The heat is long when used, resulting in about 5-10 seconds use and one minute waiting time to warm up. The heat seems to hold up much better and can be used continuously for a whole stick. This is a great hot glue gun. The build quality is good, the case doesn't give way. The ergonomics suit my hands well, I like the shape of the grip and the large trigger gives you more leverage so your hand doesn't tire as quickly.
