Worked best in lug nuts

These are not exactly the factory nuts that came on my Miata but they are exactly what I wanted, they work great and they are not too expensive.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Negative is present

Good Light Steel Nuts

You need these nuts if you are looking for light weight. They use a smaller 17mm head so they work well on bikes with limited space. They work great.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • ---

Cheap 17mm lightweight

They work like nuts. I bought them for several reasons. 1) I went with aftermarket wheels and my 19mm would barely fit in the space with the nut, this 17mm sorted that out. 2) They are lighter than almost all aluminum options. They're about 2 grams heavier than the 949 racing lugs for the Miata, but they cost over $100!

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I won't say anything

They work but I wouldn't buy them again

They don't look like factory lugs. They work, but I wouldn't use more than 1 or 2 per hub. Penalty for replacing a lost tip. The problems are that they are too shallow making threading by hand difficult, compared to factory lugs the impact driver doesn't grip the sides as well. It's like tightening a slightly rounded nut. They work, but it's hard to judge how much torque they really have. anything and everything I won't buy it again, I'll keep it.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not automatic
