No nonsense, the best tires and wheels

I chose these centering rings for my Prodrive wheels with IS300 hub because they are affordable and made by a brand (Gorilla) that I trust. There is nothing more to say. M

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Long delivery time

This is what is on hub centering rings

bought these for 2011 Scion tC for Motegi MR107 18 inch rims. Both fit as designed. I would recommend them if that's the size you need. Finding Revain parts isn't worth a damn though, I had to call TireRack.com to get the sizing info I needed.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Low repairability

good price and they work. no complaints

I have always used hub aligners when installing aftermarket wheels. They allow the wheel to sit flush and centered on the hub, so you don't have to fumble around to center it on the cleats instead. They do their job and are reasonably priced so I have no complaints.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Nothing

Great but not great

Great but not great. Like all plastic centering rings, they can still stick to the hub when the rim is removed or they can wear and crack over time, but they seem to last much longer (for this reason) compared to some other rings. I had in the past. I would still buy them for all my cars that have aftermarket/large format rims. Still the best price on the web.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Almost OK

Better than machined aluminum rings

Anyone who looks at them already knows what they are for. The outside diameter is typical of most aftermarket wheels, while the inside diameter will depend on your vehicle. I'm switching from aluminum rings. This will be the second car I've used plastic rings on and they work great. Aluminum rings are good, but some have fit issues that can't be fixed unless you have the tools to process them. Also, galvanic corrosion becomes a problem when they are bonded to a steel surface (e.g. brake drums).

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful

Expected more from a Gorilla product

They actually snap onto the new wheel and stay there allowing the wheel to be placed onto the hub without falling out. The aluminum rings that came with the wheel were too loose for this and need to be on the hub before you put the wheel on. And aluminum is not preferred because of the possibility of corrosion. Sooo why only three stars? stroke 60.1; the ring says it's 60.06mm - a tiny amount. However, the wheel must be mounted on the hub once they are in place. I mean FORCED. The ring nuts had

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
