Does not fit on the valve stem!

I bought this many years ago but only tried it now. I wanted to check tire pressure before adding more air. The head of a tire pressure gauge is actually too small to fit on a regular sized valve stem, rendering it useless. I only wish I had tried to use it shortly after purchasing it which would allow me to return it for a refund.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • So far so good

Surprised! Get this tire gauge if accuracy is important to you.

Surprised! I've been using a Serfas TCPG bike floor pump and found that the accuracy of the pressure gauge was pretty poor (-5psi) when inflating car tires. I bought this pressure gauge to check motorcycle tire pressure. The construction of the tire pressure sensor is solid. Little did I know these tire pressure bars were of high quality.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • A lot

Broke with little use

I have used this tool sparingly only to check car tires and inflate when needed. When not in use, it was stored in a safe place to avoid being hit. But last week the top just fell off during use. You can see that it has been pressed onto the shaft and lightly crimped around the edges to hold it in place. The top will snap back into place, but I had to wonder if the PSI readings are accurate (and if they ever were). Thrown away.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Useless features

and easy to use and good for checking tire pressure.

Works as intended. You attach it to the tire valve and the white end pops out to indicate PSI. Yes, it's analogue, but very accurate (my TPMS in the car confirms this device when I get back in the car). A few years ago I had a digital pressure gauge that was no longer accurate. It's cheap, dated, easy to use, and good for checking tire pressure at the gas station when the weather gets cold and you need to inflate.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Pressure too low for bike, fits cars

This only got 4 stars because I originally bought it for my bike. When it arrived I found that the PSI sensor wasn't high enough to be effective on my bike (I think it goes up to 50 and my road bike tires wanted 65+). The gauge is well built and while it's not designed to give an accurate reading I love its simplicity and am glad I don't have to worry about the batteries dying etc. This pump was a great suggestion for Revain, so I'm planning to just stop putting it in the glove box of my car to

Milton is definitely the best product. More precisely

Since both are so cheap I decided to try both Gorilla TG1 and Milton S921. Gorilla consistency shows 3 pounds lighter than Milton or other 3 calibers I already had so I returned it. Milton is definitely the best product. It's more accurate and has a deeper cup that fits over the valve stem, making installation much easier and giving good, quick readings. It's difficult to fit a gorilla square onto the valve stem, so half the time you end up with poor contact and even lower readings. Definitelyโ€ฆ

This is a product that everyone who owns a car should have.

This is a product that everyone who owns a car should have in one form or another. Most gas stations have a place to inflate tires with air, and most of these gas stations have a built-in pressure gauge that you can use, but having your own pressure gauge is much easier and more convenient. It's relatively compact, but there's some variability depending on the angle at which you check tire pressure. Since there are measurement errors, you often have to make several attempts at different anglesโ€ฆ

  • boring packaging

It's metal, works, and is sturdy.

I needed something metallic to attach to my portable air tank to inflate tires on garden equipment such as wheelbarrows, tractors and vans. I didn't want accuracy, I wanted consistency in readings, and that works for me. I never inflate these tires to a high pressure so I'm just trying not to over inflate them and this tire is way better than the plastic tire that fell apart. A small pocket clip keeps it on the tank handle, which is a plus. We have several acres and lugging everything from theโ€ฆ
