We bought the soccer version and will be using it for soccer practice as well. Keeps what it promises: easy to assemble, well made and durable. The pegs are comfortable to the touch and hold the xtraman securely upright. Good value for money, effective for precision training and will keep our kids busy.

I like these overall because they're lightweight. BUT... any wind or ball impact will knock them over, so you'll need extra sandbags if you don't want to be picking them up all the time. The frame's fiberglass rods shatter/break when hit hard (I use them for the high school football team). The price was good but didn't last all season.

Great football toy for children aged 8+. I've used it with university internships and football academies and it works great! Allows you to see and understand the position on the field as well as crosses and free kicks. Handy, easy to assemble and the cheapest portable dummy soccer ball. Works better with sandbags to make it more durable on lawns.

Got some of these for my son for Christmas - overall love them. Good for adjusting for dribbling/shooting practice, good for setting up as a free kick wall. It is very easy to assemble and looks very nice. I look forward to having them for years to come. I replaced two baseball players with my set of three soccer player dummies, but honestly, it doesn't really matter in the end. A good product!

The team really liked the dummy defender and even called him Dave. We based all of our exercises that day on that. At the end of practice, Dave was in the net and blocked the keeper during shot practice, the keeper tripped over Dave and the base of the pole splintered. So now I'm on a pole and can't use the dummy. I have a second mannequin so I will continue to use it. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like you can buy replacement poles from the manufacturer, so I'll have to look for fiberglass…
