We bought this hoverboard for my son’s birthday and he loved it and it worked great for about 3 days when it unfortunately stopped turning on. Luckily GoTrax had amazing customer service that was quick to respond and realized we got one with a battery issue and sent us a new one very quickly that works perfectly!

There is nothing like your kid opening a present Christmas Day and it not working. Plugged it in and charged it for 4 hours as recommended and noticed the indicator light wasn’t on. Also the light on the charged was green. After the four hours, it worked for about fifteen minutes then died. I called Walmart and after a half hour I am getting a replacement but can’t be here for two weeks. Not what was expected or trying to explain why Santa brought a 7yo a broken toy. Good times.
