, I always use it. The only thing missing was the remote control. If I had one it would be easier to use if I just want to select and send. There are some DVDs I have

No problems in three years

This is a reliable and easy to use unit. I called support one day and they were patient and gave clear explanations. I definitely recommend it, especially if you're inexperienced (okay, mostly clueless) with technology.

Happy buyer! best in TV and video

Wanted a VCR to convert old family VHS tapes to files/DVDs. Works perfectly! Very minor cosmetic signs of wear. I wish it had a remote control. Not critical, already ordered a universal remote control. I found the manual in PDF format on the website. The seller packed the goods very carefully, very satisfied.
