Works as advertised, just wish there were more characters. I needed "&" but it didn't come with anything, but I'll use it anyway until I find another one.

I read the reviews and was afraid it would be difficult to use but it's not difficult at all. I made dog treats with my pup's name on them and they turned out sooooo cute! Easy to use

The product itself gives excellent results. The process of sorting letters is difficult. Some letters don't fit on the panel and that's just a pain. But you get what you paid for. I would recommend spending a little more money for a simpler build.

I was excited but the letters are so hard to separate and when you finally do it there will be hard plastic pieces stuck inside so you can't fit the letters in the small tray. Just press a word on your fudge or chocolate. I had to save each letter and do it separately. It took some time. I really want them to fit in the compartment. Because of this, I don't use it often. I even tried to burn the plastic pieces to match and burned my finger.

They are great. They are very small so I would say they are better suited for cookies or muffins than cakes as shown in the photos but I bought them for a doggie treat so they are perfect. This works best if you press fairly far, since the letters will expand less in the oven. The ONLY small negative part of this is that sometimes it is difficult to split letters and get into a small path. But if you move a little, then that's no problem at all.
