The swing was great...until it was...then was it great again? Worked as expected, then stopped working after a week, completely plugged into different outlets, unplugged and plugged back into the adapter...nothing...did this for several hours and thought I was going crazy...maybe I was because I plugged it back in the next day and it's been working great ever since. I asked others about this swing and 1 colleague had similar problems and ended up buying another one.

The assembly instructions show drawings with a sentence or two to explain. Not enough details. It took me three attempts to fit the cover to the frame, but the large parts were easy. I was just frustrated putting a fabric cover on the frame. Real photos instead of diagrams would be easier. Maybe I should youtube it. Besides that, my grandson loves swings. I wear it for a day and hope it is strong and lasts until it grows out. It's quiet unless you turn on the music function. Not very portable…

If you can put this thing together and get rid of the squeaks, this is just one great swing! Our daughter usually doesn't like being humiliated. If we put her on a high chair, bouncer, or on a blanket, she'll usually get upset within 10 minutes. But after putting her in that swing, she was more than satisfied for more than 30 minutes with no sign of excitement. So thumbs up for that! The problem I found is that the instructions are terrible.
