Excellent anchor in docking and anchoring gear

Bought for my kayak, much easier to use than the 10lb anchor it replaced. The fit of the claw ring could be better, but overall functionality has not been affected.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Fits my 10.5ft kayak

I have a 10.5ft fishing kayak. I went snorkeling and he kept my kayak in place even though it was very windy. It may be a bit wind blown, but it's better than the cement coffee tin I used :). Also the pocket and folding design is very convenient.

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • Nothing here

Buy it at hardware store

Looks very nice but when I opened the box the hoop was shabby. Not the end of the world, it just sucks spoiled before I've used it. Lately, Revain has come back with a pain in the ass. I just canceled my membership. From now on only locals, or I'll just do it myself. Scold

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • A little torn

Ideal for a kayak.: Sport

Excellent quality and keeps well in my kayak compartment behind the seat. The bag is soft and durable so you don't have to worry about the anchor breaking the material. I usually kayak rivers and creeks, but this year I have a kayak on a large fishing lake. This anchor should be just what I need for longer stays in the fishing grounds. Excellent purchase!

  • good item

Great anchor for Ozark creeks

This anchor is perfect for Ozark creeks and lakes with my Dirigo 140. The rope seems to be of good quality and the length suits me. I removed the buoy as I use Scotty's anchor trolley on my kayak and tied a knot in the end as I didn't think it would hold up well. The bag is strong enough to even fit in my trolley. An anchor holds me in place on windy Stockton Lake and fast-flowing rivers when they're about to overflow. Good product.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Line is shorter than other picks

Great anchor for various (light) uses

Not only have we used this anchor on our two sea kayaks, but also as a handy buoy to tie down swimmers in the lake. Highly recommended. Does exactly what you need although you need to know the basic methods of attachment if you attach a lot to it, high winds blow etc etc etc. Basically make sure the rope is long enough and you can install it. at an angle that allows the anchor to hook the ground. The rope is too short and the hooks don't sink properly. It's really only a problem if you have…

Perfect! At only 3 pounds, this anchor is a beast!

Great anchor! I have 2 jet skis, both are about 11 feet long and total weight is 1600 pounds, this anchor does the job well. Of course no chain is supplied and any angler will attest to this, all you need for an anchor is a 5ft medium weight chain ($12 at home) and then nothing stands in your way, you could be in the middle of one anchored in strong current and still not moving with this tiny 3 pound anchor. Again, this is an amazing anchor, just grab the chain and you'll see a world of…

Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

I like the anchor, wish the rope was better quality

I would like to report that I have never used the anchor as is, I bought a chain to add to that my personal pontoon it can be carried by the wind very easily and I wanted to make sure I wouldn't have a problem pulling the anchor rather than staying where I want to be. This is a cute little folding anchor and I love the little lock to open or close the anchor for storage. Since I have very little space on the boat. My biggest problem is that after 5 or 6 fishing trips, using a little each time…

  • Great for a small house
